Investments include brand messaging, brand visuals, marketing channel enhancements, DTC/marketplace advertising, and tech enhancements. Beyond the new branding, the refreshed ecommerce website now makes shopping easier, with style-based categories, enhanced filtering, and shoppable image galleries. Near-term enhancements planned for the ecommerce website include live chat, product videos, HD zoom images, a more robust customer account section, and a loyalty rewards program.
