Announcing Our New Student Volunteering Program and Volunteer Fair: A Unique Opportunity for Students to Engage, Lead, and Make a Difference
SANTA MONICA, CA, September 13, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — Volunteer Collective is excited to announce the launch of its new Student Volunteering Program, designed to engage and empower young people in meaningful community service. To celebrate this initiative, we are hosting the first local Volunteer Fair on Sunday, September 22,2024 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the Third Street Promenade, located at 1351 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401. We are looking forward to hosting this event in partnership with the City of Santa Monica, the Westside Coalition, the Santa Monica Promenade and faith and business groups across the Westside to provide volunteer opportunities for all ages to get involved.
Student Volunteering Program Highlights: The Student Volunteering Program offers students a chance to develop leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to their community. Participants will have access to a variety of projects and roles that match their interests, from environmental conservation to working with local youth and seniors.
