Originally from Brazil, the husband-and-wife team behind 12 Cuts, moved to the United States in 1997 to help debut Fogo de Chão’s first American location in Addison, Texas. After over 20 years with the restaurant, Juarez DeConto, in partnership with Dejair Zuliani, decided to create their own version of a churrascaria with a unique twist. 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse, a truly Brazilian steakhouse with South American flair, opened its doors to the public August 2019. Located at 18010 Dallas Parkway in north Dallas, the churrascaria style restaurant focuses on traditional Brazilian steakhouse cuisine.

Upon entering the restaurant, guests are welcomed with an inviting ambiance of warm, neutral colors and an open concept. In addition to the main dining room, 12 Cuts offers an extensive, indoor bar equipped with communal seating, the Upper Pampas North, and Upper Pampas South.

12 Cuts focuses on prime cuts of meat, organic salad bar offerings, specialty sides and homemade desserts. Open for lunch and dinner daily, 12 Cuts offers guests a traditional churrascaria experience, as well as ala carte options. For a lighter meal, diners can opt for the salad bar only.
