ALBANY, NY, June 21, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Master milliner Tracy Young has created the ultimate DIY Birdcage Veil video tutorial to make 4 popular styles of birdcage veils. Very little sewing experience is required as Tracy Young guides the viewer step-by-step through the process. She explains how to customize the veil to coordinate perfectly with the wedding outfit as well as the unique personality of the bride. Whether the bride is looking for Hollywood glamour, chic and elegant styling or a retro Boho look, these customizable veils are the answer.
The tutorial saves time by sharing where to purchase supplies and guides the viewer through the fun and rewarding process of making a birdcage veil. The modules are:
Module 1 Gather the supplies
Module 2 Calculate the measurements
Module 3 Select the attachment
Module 4 Assemble the pieces
Module 5 Embellish the veil
Ms. Young loves connecting one-on-one with her clients. “I adore working with customers of all ages to create the perfect piece for a wedding or special occasion. Recently, I started thinking about how I could share my millinery knowledge and let others create the perfect wedding veil. I created a DIY kit and video tutorial sharing how to make a shoulder-length wedding veil with a blusher. From there I decided to expand the DIY offerings since many of the brides that I work with have a vintage vibe, and want a less traditional wedding veil. So I produced a tutorial to create 4 popular styles of birdcage veils, a less conventional wedding veil, popular in the 1940s and making a fashion come-back.”
