ATLANTA, GA, October 02, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church is proud to bring the exciting sights, sounds and flavors of the Middle East to Atlanta during its 45th annual Middle Eastern Festival on October 21, 2023, from 11 am to 11 pm at 2045 Ponce de Leon Ave, Atlanta, GA 30307. The festival celebrates the heritage and traditions of Atlanta’s Middle Eastern community with food, entertainment, and prayer.

The schedule of events is:

11 am-7 pm: Food, Children’s Activities, and Church Tours
5 pm: Vespers
7:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Hafli with DJ, Dancing, and Food

Throughout the festival, visitors can sample an array of Middle Eastern food such as kibbe, kafta, falafel, grape leaves, hummus and more. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the church, where they will learn about the ancient Antiochian Orthodox Christian faith as well as the significance behind the architectural design of the church.
